URGENT!!!
Payroll supervisor in accountancy practice - a well established small sized accountancy practice based in North London (NW9 5AB), requires a Payroll supervisor with experience working in UK practice. We are looking for a knowledgeable full-time Payroll supervisor to join the team in a stand alone permanent position. It is important that you have excellent attention to details and a strong payroll system knowledge.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing an extensive portfolio of multiple client payrolls.
- Ensuring payroll completion within specified time frame.
- Processing and completing multiple employers and employees payroll schemes.
- Processing and submitting weekly/monthly RTI submissions.
- Dealing with auto - enrolment.
- HMRC submissions.
- Production of P60s and P11Ds.
- Liaising with clients in regards to payroll matters.
- Offering clients advice in regards to Payroll systems implementation.
Skills and attributes:
- Prior experience working in a UK practice Payroll department or Payroll services.
- At least 2 years experience working in a Payroll position.
- Must be able to speak Cantonese and English.
- Strong working knowledge of Payroll systems.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, extremely organised and the ability to reach tight deadlines.
As a Payroll supervisor, you will be reporting to the partners, your duties will include, however are not limited to: helping to update payroll policies and procedures, advicing clients and the firm's staff proactively on payroll related tax and pay laws, ensuring that payroll regulations are met, process all payrolls, handle all payroll related queries from clients and liaise with the partners and work colleagues.
Our office is located 7 minutes from Colindale station and is within walking distance of all local amenities.
