i finished aat level 2 course but didn't get a certificate as i wasn't competent on 1 exam and missed last re-sit date, will i still be able to go to aat level 3?

Yes. It's possible to start AAT at level 3 without doing level 2, but you would need the knowledge covered in level 2 to successfully complete level 30

My training provider normally likes us to finish a level before moving onto the next. You could have a go at the AAT skills check to see if you will be ready for level 3 - http://www.aatskillcheck.org/home.aspxhttp://www.aatskillcheck.org/home.aspx. Good luck with it all.0
