Junior Finance Administrator

We are a South West London based, high end design and build company with offices in Fulham, Chelsea, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We are looking for Junior Finance Administrator to assist in daily financial /accounting tasks reporting directly to Finance Manager in our Wimbledon office. The role is varied, challenging, hands on and it is vital that you have a strong interest in finance, accounting and business.

The role will involve but is not limited to:
• Assisting Finance Manager in accounting function
• Processing invoices
• Filling/Archiving
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Dealing with incoming post
• Processing monthly expenses
• Petty cash
• Assisting with month end duties
• Reporting
• Answering all incoming calls
• Mail-outs

To be considered for this new position you must:
• Either studying or be interested in progressing within accounting role
• Must have excellent computer skills (particularly Excel)
• The ability to work in a team confidently and as an individual.
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Able to follow instructions, as well as learn and work using own initiative.
• Proven organisational abilities and consistent attention to detail.
• Be discreet with all confidential company information
• Live within commutable distance of SW19

The successful applicant will receive:
• Full training will be provided
• A salary between £18,000 – 20,000 dependent upon experience
• Annual discretionary bonus
