Is anyone able to give me some advice please, I am new on this forum.
I completed some work for a Mystery Shopping co. In Jan. 2016, the company's T&Cs state that invoices have a six month deadline for payment.
Is this lawful ?

Little bit more info please.
The six month deadline is that for submitting the invoice or receiving payment.
You should really be looking to get paid under 6 months.0 -
Hello Neil,
thanks for getting back to me, this refers to submitting the invoice, in the companies T&CS says it has to be under six months
Thanks0 -
Not sure on the answer but I'm sure the company's T&C's are going to be water tight as they would have been checked by the company solicitors first.
My other question would be why would you leave it six months to raise an invoice?0
