Not Seeing Level 4 AQ2016 in my Study Support section

When logging in and clicking 'Training and Assesment' and then 'Study Support Search' I am taken to the AQ2013 sample assessments and green light tests.
Is there any way I can get the AQ2016 information on that page?
I did wonder if it had not been updated yet but i think it would have been by now.

Your training provider will need to add you to the 2016 qualification on their system and you will then be able to see the resources in the study report search0

Hello,
I would like to do level 4 as external candidate. Does it mean I cannot use AAT study support? I am a bit confused. Is there any way I can get a sample assessments and green light tests. Can you advice me, please?
