As a Payroll Manager, you will lead a team of Payroll professionals to deliver a high quality, compliant Payroll shared service across BAE Systems, through managing the consistent application of Payroll policies and processes.

This role will also provide technical and specialist advice on Payroll into the Business and Governance teams whilst managing the provision of Payroll services which include third party dependencies
