AATQB - additional assessments?

Hi everyone,
I passed level 3 back in 2013 under the 2010 standards, but if I want to register with AAT as a licenced bookkeeper I think I may have to retake the professional ethics and indirect tax assessments? There isn't much info on the website about this, so I'm not 100% sure why it's necessary to retake these. Surely as I have the level 3 qualification this should be enough to gain AATQB status? Has anyone else had this situation or can advise? TIA
