Hi All
I am considering using a phone answering service for my new practice as I will continue with my 'day job' in the first instance so will not always be available to field calls. Does anyone have an recommendations or advice?
Thanks
David

I have done so on occasions. I've not used one of the major ones but a small local phone answering service - www.message-link.co.uk
They are not accountancy specific but when provided with a script/guidance notes the service has been effective.Regards,
