Mortgage Reference Counter signature

We have a client who desperately wants to use the Coventry Building Society to obtain a mortgage. For whatever reason they are not willing to accept a mortgage reference from an AAT member and requrie my reference counter signed by a member of ACCA or ICAEW or CIMA.
The client is aware of the situation and that there may be a small additional fee in order to get this resolved. My usual source for these circumstances is unavailable. Is anyone willing to do a counter signature at all? If so please PM me to discuss further.
regards,

Coventry BS policy is not to accept SA302 and tax year overview for directors only for the self-employed. They are very difficult to deal with!Regards,
