AAT Accountancy Training Manager (Assessor)

Full time position.

Salary: £22,000 – £29,000 (dependant on experience)

ITS Group is looking for an AAT qualified Training Manager working in the Accountancy sector to start as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will be primarily working throughout Yorkshire and Humber – with possible occasional travel to other areas – therefore a valid driving licence is essential. Business travel allowance is included as well as essential equipment such as iPhone, iPad, laptop.

The ITS Group is the holding company of Independent Training College, Independent Training Services and SmartStyle Technology Ltd. We are a registered charity working in the training and education sector and take a people-focused approach to the delivery of quality, professionally accredited qualifications.

Person Specification:

We are looking for someone who will be able to deliver qualifications up to level 4, manage, maintain and grow a case load of learners. Candidates will be expected to meet submission deadlines for Internal Verification, whilst maintaining all AAT awarding body standards and achieving high-quality outcomes.Experience of delivering work-based qualifications is desirable, as is previous experience of delivering AAT Essentials courses.

The ability to work on your own and manage your own workload is essential, as are strong English, maths and ICT skills.
