I am looking to study AAT and currently unsure what level I should start on. I studied accounting at A level and got almost 100% and an A*. I am thinking of going straight into level 4 and then just working really hard. This way I would save time and money doing level 2/3. Am I being completely stupid here

I personally would recommend starting at level 3, but it all depends how confident you are in your knowledge gained from A Level0

I am not sure you can start straight to level 4. If you are really lucky, they might give you an exemption in couple of papers. Even some accounting degree holder only gets up-to 2 exemption, I doubt A level will provide you exemption for level 3. Level 3 and 4 are kinda compulsory to be qualified.0
