Hello,

I wondered if anyone can provide guidance on how to account for this - a penalty charge notice (traffic contravention) was received and paid off on the company card. The employee responsible is to pay back the charge. Initially we considered using their expense payments to reclaim the money, however accounting for this is tricky and could be misleading. We use Xero.

Thanks,
