Dormant Companies & Bank Balance

Hi All, Can someone tell me what should happen to the Balance in Bank once a company has become Dormant. Can it be withdrawn (wage or divs) or should it be left in the Account to Balance with the Assets NBB? Sorry if a rookie question but never dealt with Dormancy before.
