VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CPD BOOKING SYSTEM

Having received this years CPD booklet we rang AAT to arrange this years course. Only to be told that we have no alterative but to use the new Portal.

Next we find that CPD master courses must be booked using each individuals log in details and there is NO block booking facility.

In previous years our admin team have booked the course, as surprisingly the accountants are a tad busy in January. We now have two options. Provide our personal AAT login details to the Admin team or pass the company credit card details around various offices.

Good effort.

Hope AAT benefit greatly for these IT efficiencies as it has literally taking us all day and still not everyone is booked on.

I fully understand the "plane ticket" booking system, but you can shop around for plane tickets and all let you book your whole family on in one transaction.

Thank you for your valuable feedback about our new booking system. We have changed to a system that offers delegates numerous benefits including dedicated websites with more event information and greater functionality to manage their bookings for events such as the AAT Annual Conference. However we appreciate that the removal of the group booking functionality does cause an inconvenience to those members who wish to make group bookings. We have taken your feedback on board and will be looking into whether we should offer a group booking option in the future.
