ltd expenses for a HP van

My husband has a ltd company and he is the director. He has a van bought on HP on director's name that he uses only for business purposes. Can he do a van rental agreement between him as the owner of the van and the company so that he can run all van expenses ( fuel,insurance,repairings etc) through the company? Which are the posibilities to do this?Thank you
