Continuity of Practice - County Durham

Is there anyone who would be able to provide me with continuity for my practice in the County Durham/Tyne and Wear area for my license application? Happy to return the favour.

Also has anyone ever had to call on their nominated person before? How would the process work? Would you need updating on my client list?

I am based in County Durham/Tyne & Wear and already have my practice licence. You only need continuity if you have over 6 clients.
