Does anyone have any experience where you have re-sat an exam and been given the previous result?

I mean where you might have passed the second time but been given a fail result because they have looked at the wrong one?

Although nothing is impossible, I'd imagine the chances of that happening are pretty close to zero.

Did your assessment centre print your result slip? They could have printed your previous result, easily done done you can identify this by the date of assessment on the result slip.0
