Hi,
I am due to resit my Using accounting software exam tomorrow however last minute my work advised us we must come to work for a training day tomorrow. It is too late to contact my college. Would I be able to reschedule my exam if I do not attend tomorrow or will it be classed as a fail as I was told we can only repeat an exam once.

From memory, so don't take it as verbatim - you can reschedule so long as you've allowed five days between the call and the exam.0
