AAT to ACCA Exemptions...

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew if it's only Fundamentals 1-3 of ACCA that AAT exempts you from?
I also have a Business Management degree with Financial Accounting modules and CIMA certificate. Would this still mean I'd have to take Fundamentals 4+ and then the Profrssional exams also?!
