Is there anybody in here?
Seriously?
I understand you're all making your millions, yet still -
No tricky tax questions floating around, no debates?
Boring.

I am still here...0

Lol.
No, but seriously- where are all the professional members?
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy answering questions from students - yet answering real life questions, especially those that are random, help to keep information fresh in our own minds.
Fair enough AWEB and the Bookkeepers Network have a massive following for those in business - for which both are great, but I know which I prefer!
What happened to Mrme? Has he been censored?0 -

Busy chasing the Easter Rabbit?
What happened to Mrme? Has he been censored?
Seems like he has been banned for good

There's always lulls. In fact, a lot more lulls than movement.Bertie said:Is there anybody in here?

I do keep meaning to look further into AWEB, although at times, in the posts I've read, it seems to be a place of over-blown egos.

Doesn't she go by the name of Dick these days?Mickdundee said:It is worth visiting just for Portia. She is a delight.

Not that it's entirely relevant, but is Portia a lady? (Loose term there I believe)
From what I've read it is a shame she/he is so abrupt as the knowledge is spot on.0 -
Can't argue with 'his' knowledge.0

........ What do you call a fly with no wings......?
... a walk!
Ha- fav joke!
B x1 -
.... why are the smileys so huge?
B x0 -
Ha ha!
All the jokes I know are pants.
I suppose it's all in the delivery.
Whenever I watch a stand-up comedian I try my very best to remember the jokes, to make out to others they are my own. But I can never remember them! Bit of useless info there.0 -
Excellent to know.
I don't have any more jokes to share.
Saw John Bishop on Friday night and he was really good in the first part, then for the second part, he did a Q&A which wasn't great. But he had some funny jokes. < ---- and there is my bit of useless info!

Lol
Yes I like John Bishop. Peter Kay is funny too.
Can't beat a bit of comedy, half the questions on this forum have me rolling on the floor.0 -
Ha.
I love comedians. I have so much lined up for this year- exciting! .... (Joel Dommett, Micky Flanagan, Greg Davies, Katy Brand etc )
We saw Andy Parsons a couple of months back, he is always funny to see live.
Must be why we keep coming back here so much- entertainment value.

They sound like fun nights out.
Will you travel into London for those?0 -
No no no... Well Micky Flanagan is London, but all the rest are local, SW. I don't like London- avoid it as much as possible!
B x0 -
Oh right ok. I don't mind London, bloody over priced though.0
