Hello, please help with calculating a deduction for unpaid leave for a part-time worker. I have been thinking so much about it, I am confusing myself.
She is working 28 h per week, out of normal 40. Her annual salary for part-time hours is £45,500. She is taking 3 days of unpaid leave.
Is it simply calculated as £45,500 / 260 = £175 per day * 3 = £525?
Thanks.
