Business Tax paper Dec 2003 question help!

Can anyone explain please TAsk 2.4 doing 3/12 PCTCT £56463 whi i use 20% and not 19%. The taxaation table gives small co rate of 20% 2001 but how do I know this? How do I know when its a small co as i did not say this in the question anywhere. Help

    Is it because of when it was written, the answers are using the rates for that particular financial act so that would be for the year 2001-2002 which is FA2001?<BR><BR>It's just a guess because I knew that if i'd failed business tax i would have had to do a different financial act the following June.<BR><BR>Annette
