If exam Qu doesn't mention anything about rounding, does that mean answer should be a WHOLE number?

Not necessarily. The instruction at the start of the exam in the preliminary briefing is that all numbers should be rounded to 2dp unless stated otherwise I believe?

Yah, i did think that. However, i just worry when i get decimal numbers that it's wrong if the question didn't mention anything about it?!
