Hi,

I have my synoptic assesment tomorrow and have just took a look at the online sample assessment on the AAT website and question 1.4 is really confusing! The marginal costing section i just cant remember.

Part A i just can't get my head round!

Please help!

    Hi @charlotter18, i did this earlier and it took me a while! For part (a) the marginal cost, you do the direct cost + 15% (the variable element of production overheads is equal to 15%).
