Hi, please can someone explain to me how you work out the answers for part a of this question. Im struggling to see how they got the marginal cost per unit. Thanks!

Hi,
The selling price is £35.10
30% mark up £8.10
Production overheads £3.60
Variable element 15% of direct cost (18.00 x 0.30) £2.70
So all costs come to £14.40 less SP £35.10 = £20.701 -
