My employer say I don't earn enough to pay stamp I don't pay tax earn less than 7000 I pay pension but surely this will effect my state pension I've asked them to take ni stamp but they say they can't before this company took over my old employer use to take it and I earned less then why is this

I take it from you post that your part-time.
If you come under the nic threshold then the company doesn't have any obligation to pay over your stamp, if you work less than 16 hours then your first point of call should be the job centre as they are the best people to advise you about this.0 -
