I have decided to test out self study just 1 section (bookkeeping transactions) to see how I get on. If successful all of level 2 this way.

I have ordered the relevant books just for bookkeeping transactions from Osborne books. Bought the paperbacks, didn't realise this would also give me ebooks so I haven't had to wait for delivery. No extra cost except delivery charge. Also gives me access to some online material. :-)

(I did preliminary level in 1989 and BTEC HNC IN 1999) I completed 2 units of the book Sunday, pleased it seemed to have awoken my accounts knowledge.

Hope the centre won't mind me taking 1 exam at a time. Has anyone else tried this? Any tips?
