Role 1:
Role: Credit Controller
Location: Stoke Gifford (By Bristol Parkway Station)
Duration: 3 Months Interim
Salary: £12.50ph plus holiday pay

· Managing the aged debt for the business – setting up new customers and agreeing credit limits
· Raising an issuing sales invoices
· Allocation of incoming cash
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to collect overdue payments
· Review credit limits

· Reconciling customer accounts

· Investigating invoice and aged debt queries


Role 2:
Role: Accounts Clerk
Location: Stoke Gifford (By Bristol Parkway Station)
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £9ph plus holiday pay / £18,000

· Suitable for AAT studier with minimal financial experience
· Processing supplier invoices onto ERP software
· Raising invoices to send to customers
· Assisting with monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
· Dealing with financial queries

Role 3:
Role: Credit Controller
Location: Kingswood (BS15)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 - £21,000

· Managing a portfolio of customers to chase for overdue debt
· Chasing customers via telephone letter and email
· Raising an issuing sales invoices
· Allocation of incoming cash
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to collect overdue payments
· Review credit limits

· Investigating invoice and aged debt queries


Role 4:
Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Fishponds (BS16)
Duration: 3 Months+
Salary: £9.50ph plus holiday pay

· Processing supplier invoices using bespoke software
· Reconciling supplier statements
· Dealing with invoice related queries
· Preparation of weekly payment runs
· Assisting with bank reconciliations (When required)
