Help: Urgent Tasbooks 3.18 unable to save as pdf

using very old version of Tasbooks 318 (cant upgraded due to legacy issue,) on Windows 10, using Acrobat DC.

When we do 2-4-2 Option and run a debit report and select output printer, we are unable print or save as pdf. All of Sudden. Can anyone help. !!

    I have no experience with Taskbooks but a common fix for many old programs on Windows 10 is running them in compatibility mode.

    Make sure Taskbooks is closed > right click the icon > properties > compatibility > run this program in compatibility mode for > select appropriate version of windows > press apply > open Taskbooks

    Worth a try.
