Hi there,
I am about to start payroll services for a client who has employees. My client has told me that he has his employee's id proofs, UK visa with him and verified the documents of employees to know the eligibility of work in UK. He has told me that everything is OK and conformed me to proceed with the payroll submission.
My queries are;
Do i need to keep these employee's id and address proof on my file?
Do i need to verify their visa status myself to know whether they are eligible to work in uk before proceeding with their payroll?
