Messed Up Results AQ 2010

I passed my AAT in 2011. I lost my certificate a few years back in a flat fire. Spoke with someone from AAT this morning advised me I can get Statement of Achievement for my new employer who will not employee me without it.

Upon checking SoA, it shows that my last module "CA - Work effectively in accounting and finance (AQ2010)" is in complete, yet every other module is passed. I am 100% certain I completed the course, paid and passed. I received my certificate a couple of months after my last exam as did my friends who I took the course with.

I have been told they do not know why/how this has happened and that I would need to resit my whole Level 2 again!

Anyone else had this issue, with miss-posted results?

You could try and request your personal data under the Data Protection Act 1998 to see exactly what has happened.
