@AAT_Team I've tried to download the new engagement letters but I get an error message saying the document cannot be opened because there is a problem with the contents. Please advise?

@Gem7321 I am not able to replicate the issue here, the doc opens OK using Word 2016. If you cannot try opening to file on a different machine / version of word, please get in touch with our dedicated support team via customersupport@aat.org.uk who will be able to advise you further.
