Written questions

I'm just coming to the end of my book for the synoptic exam and have over 5 weeks revision time before my exam.
I've passed my last 3 exams comfortably but have had low marks on the written elements of the exam and rely on the technical questions to tide me through.

Has anyone done the synoptic exam? How much of it is written questions?
I'm distance learning and can't think where to start practicing the written elements as it's so hard to mark my own!

I'm afraid there's a good amount of written questions. Task 5 shouldn't have any written elements and task 4 will have a good chunk consisting calculations.

Task 1 is also multichoice and worth 20% I believe.

I would wager a good 50% of the marks would come from writing.
