Unable to view forum users profile

Hi
When i try to click on my own forum user profile, or other users profiles it comes up with a screen stating permission problem.
Any ideas on the cause of this?

Yes. I have also been getting this error for a few weeks now. I tried it on 2 different browsers (Firefox and Microsoft Edge). I think it's a problem with their end. Let's hope they fix it soon.5
