Level 4 Diploma in Business Skills MPFS unit

Hi All,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I have completed all of my AAT Level 4 Accounting papers and because I am an apprentice I also had to do an additional qualification alongside it- Level 4 in Business Skills (not sure if non-apprentices have to do it too).
I have completed most units on the Business qual and have 'Managing Project Finances' left to do.
I'm a little bit stuck on it. Has anyone done it? Any tips on how to approach it? The requirements are confusing me slightly.
