Continuity of Practice Agreement

Hello,
I run a small practice in the Scottish Borders, looking after around 12 clients who are a mixture of limited companies, sole traders, personal tax & a couple of charities. The majority of my clients are based locally to me but I do remotely support a client in Aberdeen and one in Manchester.
Now that I have grown above the 6 client limit for not requiring a continuation of practice agreement, I need to get something in place to remain compliant under the terms of my licence.
I've been a member of the AAT since 2012 and became a licensed member in practice in 2013.
I'd be interested in hearing from any other members in practice who'd be happy to discuss potentially entering into a continuity of practice agreement. Ideally I'd like to engage with another accountant in the Scottish Borders or the Edinburgh area but as I generally manage the practice through cloud based technologies I don't see location as a barrier to success. Naturally I'd be happy to reciprocate.
Look forward to hearing from anyone who'd be in a position to assist.
