Which is the best option to go for Personal tax or External auditing if I just want to get a pass because I am really struggling?

External Auditing has one of the highest pass rates across the level 4 modules (based on AQ2013, that is), and is 70% multiple-choice, 30% written. It will also help you prepare for the Synoptic assessment, as there is some overlap about internal control weaknesses.
Although you should choose one that is most relevant to you, rather than what is the easiest.0
