Accountant Practice Management Suite

Hi
Does anyone use a practice management suite that they can reccomend and why?
I have used Capium but it is difficult to learn and slow. I was thinking of going to XERO if anyone is using a PM suite with xero that they can reccomend as well.
I need it for ;
Deadlines & tasks
Invoicing and timebilling
Mail merge and document sharing
Digital siginig of documents

Invoicing and timebilling - We don't keep timesheets but this function is possible in Glide and it will link to Xero.
Mail merge and document sharing - No mail merge as we very rarely write any letters it's auto emails using Glide. Document sharing via Iris Openspace
Digital siginig of documents - We currently use Adobesign but are looking at changing over to Iris openspace to reduce the number of different systems.

I am trialing Accountancy Manager at the moment. It seems to have everything we need. I will keep you posted and let you know how things went.
Its 40.00 per month per user but seems to have all the area covered in detail
