Hi
Does anyone use a practice management suite that they can reccomend and why?
I have used Capium but it is difficult to learn and slow. I was thinking of going to XERO if anyone is using a PM suite with xero that they can reccomend as well.
I need it for ;
Deadlines & tasks
Invoicing and timebilling
Mail merge and document sharing
Digital siginig of documents

I haven't tried either but Accountancy Manager and Senta both seem to be well thought of.0

Try Quickbook, they are offering free one day class room training. After this you can decide if you like to go with quickbook or any other software.0

Yes I went for one day free training which was quite good. Best thing is check their website and see if they are providing all the services which you required.0

We use a combination of systems to achieve what you want
Deadlines & tasks - www.whatsglide.com
Invoicing and timebilling - We don't keep timesheets but this function is possible in Glide and it will link to Xero.
Mail merge and document sharing - No mail merge as we very rarely write any letters it's auto emails using Glide. Document sharing via Iris Openspace
Digital siginig of documents - We currently use Adobesign but are looking at changing over to Iris openspace to reduce the number of different systems.Regards,

Dear All thanks for your useful and helpful information.
I am trialing Accountancy Manager at the moment. It seems to have everything we need. I will keep you posted and let you know how things went.
Its 40.00 per month per user but seems to have all the area covered in detail
