Sale of fees

Hi all,

We are a modern firm of accountants based in Gloucestershire and due to the progression and future development plans of the practice we have the opportunity to acquire a block of fees.

The clients within this consist of mainly Sole Traders plus a few partnerships and no limited companies.
The majority are on monthly direct debits with around 30% paying annually. There are no poor payers due to our set up and fee structure.

Although we conduct the majority of our work via email and online the clients are mostly based within Gloucestershire with some expecting meetings. Therefore our preference would be for someone to take them on and operate within the local area.

We would like to move fairly quickly with our plans but are not looking for a rushed sale as we want to ensure the clients are going to be well looked after moving forward. We would certainly like the transfer to have completed by 31 March 2019.
