How can I find out if CWIP and OWIP is in the AAT syllabus. My text books says it is unclear what is needed?

Hello,
If by CWIP and OWIP you mean closing work in progress and opening work in progress then yes these do come into your studies. They are treated as types of inventory items in the manufacturing account, which is introduced at AAT level 2.
This knowledge would be expected at higher levels.0 -

The note is a reference in a Kaplan text book at Level 3 which does not make it clear which aspects of process costing are examined. It is a really heavy chapter. It is blowing my mind.0 -
