Sage 50 Query?

Hi Guys
You know on Sage 50 when you create the sales purchase orders and you put in a project ref number - Is there any way you can get a total of all invoices using this project ref number (I need to know how much each project is costing the business without having to do pen and paper calculations ideally.

    You can run reports via the Projects module. Bottom left of screen where you find Customers, Suppliers, Company etc buttons. If you can't see it then go to Modules then Projects.
