Sage One - Audit Trail - Payment Allocations

I have a re-sit for my using account software exam and I'm worried about my audit trail not showing allocations for receipts and payments. It shows whether it's reconciled with the bank but tends to say no against the receipts/allocations even though they have. Is there another way of showing this? Worried about losing marks. Thanks
