I have a client who applied for Santander Mortgage and bank rejected my Accoubyant's Certyficate saying that they don't recognise AAT qualifications. It's very disappointing and my first time experience this sort. I had no problems so far with other banks.
I called AAT but they did not give me any advice whatsoever.
Is there anyone here who can help?

Apologies for the delayed response, I have only today stumbled across your post.
Santander do recognise AAT members so I can only assume that the member of staff at Santander you have been dealing with was simply unaware of this or may have confused AAT with ATT (who are not recognised). All major lenders now recognise AAT members for the purposes of signing of a mortageg certificate. If you have any problems in the future please don't hesitate to drop me an e-mail phil.hall@aat.org.uk2
