Suggestions of what may prop up in the exam?

I failed my synoptic exam in June and struggled identifying what kind of questions may be asked in the exam based on the pre-release. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? Ratios and SWOT analysis are nearly a given! Same with ethics and sustainability.
