Website error when uploading my CPD document

Hi there,
I've been tidying up my CPD record and hit a website problem.
The way I've been recording CPD for the past three years or so is updating a document template each year. I'd then upload it at the end of a CPD year to complete my record for that year.
It worked fine before for past years, but every time I try to upload the document (which is in the correct MS Word format, btw), it ungraciously errors out with the following:

403 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
Request blocked.
