York / (FT) Finance Officer/Accounts Receivable (£17-£19k plus study support for AAT)

Inclusion Housing are a registered social housing provider based in York, we currently have a vacancy for a Finance Officer within our small team.

Main duties include:
Manage the sales ledger; raising invoices/chasing debts
Update and reconcile the rents ledger, manage Direct Debit process
Manage petty cash
Month end processes including prepayments

Salary approx £17-£19k plus AAT study support. 35 hours per week.

At least one years finance experience required.
