How you’ll make an impact…
This role is primarily to expand Xero’s educational content which is applicable to prospective and existing partners, end-users and industry bodies. The role will involve liaising with various partners, community groups and customers to identify course/content requirements for Xero UK and to create high quality digital education. The Education Specialist will also deliver training via classrooms, scheduled webinars and a larger scale industry events.
You will be responsible for producing and writing materials for training on core Xero and adjacent products for SMB’s and accounting partners as well as project managing the creation of content through either external or internal writers.
You will get involved in facilitating webinars and face to face sessions with partners and customers to a world class industry standards and provide assistance and coaching to third party content creators to facilitate high quality production and delivery of webinars and recorded material, undertaking train the trainer activity when appropriate.
What you’ll bring…
A real passion for cloud accounting, excellent practical accounting skills, qualified to a minimum of AAT Level 4 or equivalent and a passion and desire to make a real difference and contribute as a member of a dynamic team.
With a strong audio voice, good video editing & presentation skills as well as a proven track record in training delivery, you will have a real desire to take ownership and drive projects forward.
You will be highly organised with the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and innovative thinking whilst also able to think outside of the box to come up with innovative solutions.
