How do I leave the MTD pilot with HMRC? Help!!
I signed up for MTD on GOV.UK as I wanted to be compliant for when it comes into effect - the gov site did not mention until after I signed up that it was the pilot and they now expect me to file VAT electronically. We have a VAT return due the end of this week and I do not have the information on my software to file it this way.
Apparently I am free to leave the pilot at any time however I cannot find information ANYWHERE on how to do this, I have rang HMRC and they have informed me to send an email (already had) and wait for a response however last time I tried to resolve an issue this way it was to no avail.
Can anyone help me on this?
