Elements of costing practice assessment 1 task 4 is wrong?

I’ve just completed the first practice assessment for elements of costing. I think that part of task 4 might be wrong and wanted to check. It mentions the night shift overtime hours premium as basic rate + 20%. I calculated that 200 hours at £9.60 would be £1920. The answer given for the paper was £320, so not basic rate + 20% as stated, but 20% of basic rate at £1.60. Am I right here? Thanks!
