The well-trained & friendly staff who create the Coffee Republic experience for our customers, led by great management teams and talented people, are key to our business, but our support team plays a vital part in ensuring consistency and quality throughout our brand.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team.

You will be reporting to the Head of Accounts & this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in the centre of London.

Main Duties:
-Purchase Ledger- Processing and inputting invoices into Sage Line 50 Accounts
-Sales Ledger- Invoicing customers and credit control
-Payroll- Fortnightly wages and Monthly salaries using Sage 50 Payroll
-Bank- Reconciling multiple bank accounts
-Reporting- Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts
-Service Planning- arrange technician calls
-General admin and analysis work.
-And other Ad hoc tasks as required.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes;
-Able to work independently and prioritise your workload efficiently, as well as working as part of a team effectively
-Previous accounts experience
-Experience with Sage Payroll & Sage Line 50
-Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
-Maintain high attention to detail whilst working under pressure
